Best Products To Use And Tips

Since I was a teenager, I grappled with combination skin. I've been jumping from one soap to another, but I couldn't find one that I can use for long periods of time. That was the case until I came across Cleansing Bar by Human Nature. After using it, I noticed the good effects immediately. Being a user myself and attest to the benefits of using them in everyday life, I've listed some of the best products to use.

Clothing:

  • T-shirts: Cotton Club, H&M and Brute(L), thin, loose, but I also buy any brand as long as its made of 100% cotton, plain with no design and colors that are light shades of gray, blue, yellow, pink and brown.

  • Pants & shorts: Uniqlo(M)thin, loose type, lots of pockets, garterize hip with tie, garterize ankle.

  • Boxer shorts: Carter, Brute & Warren(M), loose type.

  • Undies: Brute(XL), trunk type, 100% cotton.

  • Mouth Wash: Human Nature Mouthwash or Betadine.

  • Mouth Sores: Apicuria Oral Spray and Human Nature Mouthwash, or Orofar L.

  • Sore Throat: Apicuria Oral Spray or Kamillosan or Strepsils. Apicuria tastes better, but Kamillosan is more effective. Drink hot calamansi juice.

  • De-worming: Mebendazole.

  • Constipation: Eat veggies daily, Banana, Oatmeal, McVities. In emergency cases, I take Bisacodyl/Dulcolax.

  • Dry skin: Human Nature Virgin Coconut Oil or Sunflower Oil.

  • Insect bites/skin irritation: Human Nature Rescue Balm.

  • Vision and eye care: USANA Visionex. Practice 20-20-20 rule, every 20 minutes gaze away to something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

Lighting: Phillips LED bulbs, brighter and long-lasting. Choose the warm white tone. Smart ligh bulbs, automatics turn on when dark and off when sunrise. Light up when there is movement, place in external doors and in CRs.

Batteries & chargers: Rechargeable Eveready AA or AAA batteries and chargers. Don't buy China made, they  can explode and cause fire.

Dishwashing: Human Nature Dishwashing Liquid.

Laundry: Human Nature Detergent.

Cookware: Use wooden rice and soup spoon, frying shovel and spatula. Or metal, don't use plastic.

Cooking Ingredients: Turmeric, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Oregano, Iodized Salt. For cooking oil, I use Minola with Lauric Acid pouch and transfer the contents in an empty Jolly Canola oil bottle which is spill-proof.

Dinnerware: Made of glass or ceramic or porcelain or opal. Corelle and Luminarc are very good brands. No plastics for hot foods.

Food storage: Made of glass or ceramic with airtight cover either plastic or bamboo. Omega/Home Gallery are cheap but good brands.

Bedsheet: Dakki, 100% cotton material, light, thin and fitted. Also, Inabel blankets from Ilocos can be use as bedsheets, 100% woven cotton, soft and smooth.

Pillows & covers: Dakki Pillows are durable. Prevent sweat, dirt, and stains from soiling the pillows by using waterproof covers. Then on top, use the envelope style pillowcase. Inabel cotton pillow covers are also good.

Towels: 100% bamboo fiber, but Inabel cotton towels are also good, they're thinner and therefore easier to wash and dries faster. I'll try the Misu Towel.

Snacks: Banana and other fruits, Quaker Oats, McVities.

Drinks: Al Di Turmeric Tea + Calamansi, Ginger + Turmeric or just plain Ginger Brew, can be served hot or cold. Another good brand is Evina Naturals Ginger + Lemongrass Premium with Coco Sugar. Yakult for probiotics. Non-fat Milk in tetra pack. Swiss Miss or Coccoa. Red wine wine helps calm the brain and make you sleep.

Sweetener: Stevia or Coco Sugar.

As an off the shelf rinsing aid to prevent calcium carbonate deposits on dinner wares and utensils, I use a half cup distilled white vinegar. Its effective as water softener. Another alternative is to add pinch of rock salt.

Please note, do not order online any glass or fragile items, it can break easily.

To prevent mold growth and odor in clothes, beddings, etc. store items inside vacuum plastics. Buy a vacuum to use as a suction tool. Placing dehumidifiers near closets also works. Use, natural dehumidifiers are silica gels, rock salt, charcoal, baking soda, and plants.

Use banana fruit or aloe vera as a plant rooting agent.

It's a perfect service when a telco offers a plan that doesn't expire, it happens that GoMo offers just that. their sim comes with 25GB of data, plus its convertible to call and text. Order online and have it shipped for free.

Vehicles: S-Presso costs 518,000 and Suzuki Ertiga is 738,000 PHP.

Pray and say thanks for all blessings received for the day before sleeping and after waking for being given another day. When awake, don't stand immediately, stay in bed for a while, think or talk and feel your body, then sit at the bedside for a moment more, before standing up. Then drink at least a glass of water.

When taking a bath, gradually wet the lower body first: feet, legs, and thighs. Then arms, stomach, back, neck, ears, then lastly the face and hair. This will help the body adjust to the water temperature. Then shampoo head, wash face, then body.

I will be adding more to this list as I discover more practical and good quality products.
